Summary: The water was off in the bathroom for almost one day. Had to suggest compensation at the main reception as they tried to get away with giving nothing and I knew others who got the full price of a night refunded. I got 70% back. I had no toilet nor the ability to have a shower/wash hair. Imagine paying 5 star prices and I had to prompt them for some compensation - they hoped to get away with paying nothing.
